Add ability for anonymous endpoint - i.e. send only endpoint

description

If no return address is specified in an endpoint configuration, the endpoint should still be able to start itself and send messages. This supports scenarios where a batch process may want to occasionally begin executing, send a few messages, and complete its work and terminate its process, with no opportunity for receiving messages. If this is the case, registering a callback upon Send should throw an exception.

This has been implemented. Adding a "sendOnly=true" attribute to the Endpoint configuration element in your .config file should allow the bus to start and send messages without requiring an input queue to listen on.
